Aloha! I am Esera Tuaolo. I was born in Honolulu and now reside in Minneapolis. I played nine years in the National Football League for the Green Bay Packers, Minnesota Vikings, Jacksonville Jaguars, Atlanta Falcons (1998 Super Bowl contender), and Carolina Panthers. I was the first rookie in NFL history to start all 16 games my first year earning me a spot on the All Rookie team in 1991. I also recorded the last tackle of football legend John Elway.

We are proud to have the Twin Cities Jazz Society additionally sponsoring this show. Three talented youth will be featured within the November program; DeCarlo Jackson from the St Paul Conservatory of Performing Arts, Quentin Tschofen - freshman at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and Jordan Anderson who currently attends Nova Classical Academy in St. Paul as an 8th grader in the school of logic.

Patty Peterson was born into the renowned musical Peterson Family which boasts mother Jeanne Arland Peterson, sister Linda Peterson, and three brothers, Billy Peterson, Ricky Peterson and Paul Peterson; all of whom are recording artists and involved in the international music scene. Patty began singing as a child at concerts and recording sessions, and today is an award winning vocalist both live and in studio for national recording artists and commercials.

Ricky Peterson - guest artist

A life long Minnesotan whose sound has always focused on a characteristically “Minneapolis” sound, Ricky Peterson is best known for his now 20 year association with saxophone legend David Sanborn and for having, produced, written and played keyboards for Prince on and off since his early days on the Twin Cities scene (perhaps most notably producing and arranging the song “The Most Beautiful Girl in the World”).
